A judge at Westminster Magistrates Court has rejected an extradition request for Kimberly Singler, accused of murdering her two children in Colorado. The bodies of 9-year-old Eliana and 7-year-old Aden were found on December 19, 2023. Prosecutors allege Singler fled to London, where she was arrested on December 30. District Judge John Zani dismissed Singler’s objection to extradition, citing no violation of her rights under the Human Rights Act. Singler’s lawyers plan to appeal. A third child, found with severe injuries, identified Singler as responsible and claimed she was asked to lie to authorities. Despite her denial of responsibility, the case will advance to the Home Secretary for a final extradition decision.
