Merlin Entertainment has announced the upcoming launch of their first indoor roller coaster at Legoland Florida and Legoland California Resorts, representing the largest single investment at these parks, totaling approximately $90 million. This new attraction targets families with children aged 2-12 and is set to open in 2026. In Florida, significant construction progress has been made with 2,000 anchor bolts installed, 220 tons of rebar utilized, and 300 concrete trucks already poured. The ride aims to provide an exceptional and interactive experience, developed in collaboration with the LEGO Group and Merlin’s creative team. Additionally, Legoland Florida will soon unveil Sea Life Florida, an aquarium featuring interactive displays, opening on May 23rd. Both parks are set to share updates on the new attractions through their social media channels leading up to the openings.
