MGM Resorts International is undergoing a significant $300 million renovation of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, set to be completed by December. The renovation aims to modernize the main tower’s 4,212 rooms and suites with a “disco-era feel,” featuring updated decor, smart TVs, enhanced electrical outlets, and spa-like bathrooms. Additionally, 111 new suites will increase the total to 753, designed for improved functionality and aesthetics.
Beyond room upgrades, MGM Grand will introduce a new dining experience, Netflix Bites, launching on February 20. This restaurant will offer a unique menu inspired by popular Netflix shows, such as a themed three-tier tea service and creative cocktails. Furthermore, a new day club, Palm Tree Beach Club, is scheduled to open in May, designed by the Rockwell Group and in collaboration with music artists Kygo and Miles Shear, featuring various luxurious amenities for over 3,000 guests.
